User management
Users are the members of your administrative or management team who have access to the VigonOps web system (not to be confused with guards, who use the mobile app).
Create a user
Go to Administration → Users → New user. Fill in name, email, initial password, and the modules they'll have access to. Save.
Recommended module configuration by role

Deactivate access for users who are no longer part of your team rather than deleting them — this preserves their action history in the system.
