Quotes
Quotes are service proposals you send to clients or prospects. Each quote can have multiple pricing options for flexibility.
Create a quote
- Go to CRM → Quotes → New quote
- Select the client or prospect
- Add service details: type, number of guards, schedule, sites
- Select unit prices from catalog or enter custom prices
- Add multiple options if you want to present alternatives (basic, standard, premium)
- Save and send
Quote statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Draft | In progress, not sent |
| Sent | Client has received it |
| Under review | Client is analyzing |
| Accepted | Client approved ✅ |
| Rejected | Client declined ❌ |
CRM Dashboard
Shows total quotes sent vs. accepted (conversion rate), total amount quoted vs. contracted, and most-quoted pricing report.
