Follow-up is the chronological record of all interactions with a client or prospect during the sales process.

Log a follow-up

From any quote, click "Add follow-up" and record: contact type (call, email, meeting, visit), date and time, outcome summary, and next action with a deadline.

Global follow-up view

In CRM → Follow-up you can see all pending follow-ups ordered by date — like a commercial agenda. This helps you ensure no opportunity goes unattended.

Best practices

  • Log the follow-up the same day it happens
  • Always define a next action with a specific date
  • If a client doesn't respond, schedule a reminder follow-up in 3–5 days
