Expenses

The Expenses module lets you record all company outflows, organized by category and vendor.

Register an expense

Go to Finance → Expenses → New expense. Fill in: description, amount, date, category, and vendor. Save.

Monthly summary

The monthly summary view shows total expenses for the month grouped by category — useful for comparing month-to-month and identifying where the budget goes.
