Equipment assignments

An assignment is the formal delivery of one or more items to a guard, recorded with date, quantity, and digital signature (in the PDF).

Create an assignment

  1. Go to Inventory → Assignments → New assignment
  2. Select the employee
  3. Add the items and quantities to deliver
  4. Save

Equipment custody PDF

Click "Download PDF" to get the equipment custody document — a formal record listing all items delivered to the guard. Print and sign as proof.

Return items

When a guard returns equipment (due to termination, site change, etc.): open the assignment, select the returned items, click "Register return" — available stock updates automatically.

tip

Generate the custody PDF at the moment of assignment and save a signed copy in the employee's digital file.
