Real-time coverage
The Coverage view shows you in real time the status of each security post: whether the guard has checked in, is pending arrival, or the post is uncovered.
Coverage statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| ✅ Covered | Guard checked in and is on site |
| ⏳ Pending | Shift started but no check-in yet |
| ❌ No coverage | No guard assigned for this shift |
| 🔄 Active relief | A relief guard is covering the post |
Guard check-in
The guard registers their arrival from the mobile app by scanning the site's QR code or via geolocation. This check-in automatically updates the status in the coverage view.
Assign a relief guard
If a post shows no coverage or a guard reports an absence:
- Click on the affected site
- Select "Assign relief"
- Choose an available guard from the list
- The system records the relief and notifies the supervisor
