Work sites

A site is the physical location where one or more guards provide security services: a bank, shopping mall, office building, industrial plant, etc.

Create a site

1. Go to Operations → Sites
2. Click New site
3. Fill in the information:
   • Site name — descriptive name (e.g., "Downtown HSBC Bank")
   • Client — the company you're providing service to
   • Address — full address
   • Map location — GPS position for the monitor and check-in
4. Click Save

QR codes

VigonOps automatically generates a unique QR code for each site. Print and display the QR code at the site so guards can scan it upon arrival — confirming their presence.

If you need to regenerate the QR (because the printed one was lost or damaged), click "Regenerate QR" in the site detail view — the previous code becomes invalid automatically.

Rondin checkpoints

Within a site you can define multiple rondin checkpoints — specific locations inside the property that the guard must verify during their shift (main entrance, parking lot, storage room, etc.).

A site without an assigned shift cannot generate coverage or register check-ins.
