Employees
Each employee's record concentrates all their personal, employment, and platform access information.
Register an employee
- Go to HR → Employees → New employee
- Fill in personal data: full name, ID number, date of birth, address, emergency contact
- Employment data: Position, Start date, employee number
- Click Save
Digital file includes
- General data and contact info
- Documents: ID, proof of address, background check, certifications
- Position history over time
- Current assigned shifts
- Absence history
Generate a PDF contract
From the employee profile, click "Generate contract". The system automatically creates a PDF with the employee's and company's data.
Mobile app access
For the guard to check in from their phone, activate their mobile access:
- Open the employee profile
- Go to the "Mobile access" tab
- Set an access code and password
- Share the credentials with the guard
