Employees

Each employee's record concentrates all their personal, employment, and platform access information.

Register an employee

  1. Go to HR → Employees → New employee
  2. Fill in personal data: full name, ID number, date of birth, address, emergency contact
  3. Employment data: Position, Start date, employee number
  4. Click Save

Digital file includes

  • General data and contact info
  • Documents: ID, proof of address, background check, certifications
  • Position history over time
  • Current assigned shifts
  • Absence history

Generate a PDF contract

From the employee profile, click "Generate contract". The system automatically creates a PDF with the employee's and company's data.

Mobile app access

For the guard to check in from their phone, activate their mobile access:

  1. Open the employee profile
  2. Go to the "Mobile access" tab
  3. Set an access code and password
  4. Share the credentials with the guard
