The Recruitment module helps you manage the entire hiring process: from posting a job opening to evaluating and hiring a candidate.

Recruitment flow

Create opening → Register candidate → Evaluation → Hire

Job openings

Create openings in HR → Recruitment → Openings → New opening. Set the position, number of vacancies, site, and required profile description.

Candidates

Register candidates for each opening. Attach documents: resume, ID, proof of address, background check. The system generates a PDF file with all candidate data.

Evaluations

VigonOps includes configurable evaluation templates to score candidates on criteria such as security knowledge, physical aptitude, weapon handling, and attitude. Results are recorded in the candidate's file.

Recruitment dashboard

Shows a summary: open positions, candidates by stage, and conversion rate (candidates → hired).
